The Longeny’s NAD+, is a powder that can easily be dissolved in water. The powder form is preferred because it does not contain any other substances or fillers that are normally used to make capsules, and the dosage can be adjusted easily. Simply dissolve the desired amount of powder in room temperature water and drink it slowly. Keeping the solution in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for each sip can increase absorption via the sublingual route and can be helpful for brain function.
