order with Longevity Labs at any time.
To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our customer support
team via email or phone and provide their account details.
Cancellation requests received 24 hours prior to the date of the
test sample collection date will be processed promptly, and the
paid amount will be refunded to you and no further charges will
be applied. If the cancellation request is within 24 hours of the
test sample collection date, then Longevity Labs reserves the
right to reject the request for cancellation and no refund would be
made.

order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability
of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of
the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or
problems identified by Longevity Labs credit and fraud avoidance
department. Longevity Labs may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. Longevity
Labs will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is
cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your
order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been
charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit
card account.
